復興航空上月無預警停飛，影響約10萬名旅客權益，不少消費者和旅行社仍在苦苦等待退費，台北市旅行商業同業公會昨表示，興航應退還的票券及衍生費用約5.5億元，信託帳戶6億元應足以支付，不過作業程序冗長，拿到退款最快還要2周以上。但興航指出，昨日已退出第一筆費用，首波退費將超過2萬張。
復興航空宣布解散10天後，不少消費者仍在等待退款，旅行業者更心急，擔心再也拿不到錢，恐損失慘重。外傳興航宣布解散隔天，高層曾口頭承諾眾業者「2到7天內拿到退款」，而時限已在12月1日到期。興航指出，受影響的10萬張票裡，已有2萬多張完成退票，成為首波退費對象，第一筆款項昨日已經送出。
北市旅遊公會昨召開記者會稱是外界誤解，2到7天為平時「正常程序下」，但停航並宣布解散已不是「正常」，現在興航資金都被凍結，退票需經窗口整理後送會計室、資金室審核，再從法務律師經檢察官認證後，由銀行撥款返還至申請人的銀行戶頭，作業時間自即日起須15到20天。
公會理事長吳志健表示，應退票金額加上衍生賠償費總共約5.5億。興航有6億元的信託基金專門處理退票，金額應無問題。
