美國民主黨總候選人希拉蕊在紐約出席911恐怖攻擊15周年紀念會時，突然感到身體不舒服而提前離開，事後醫生證實，希拉蕊因為肺炎，又過熱導致脫水，才會造成身體不適。
68歲的希拉蕊，在紀念會的活動上待了約90分鐘後，突然感到一陣熱，很難受，安全人員趕緊將她送到女兒雀兒喜的住處，在等車時，希拉蕊一度腿軟站不穩，幾近昏倒。休息片刻後，希拉蕊獨自走出雀兒喜的公寓，還在街上和一個小女孩合照，街上有人問希拉蕊是否好多了，她笑著回答，感覺好多了，謝謝大家的關心。（民視新聞綜合報導）
